Permanently delete your account and data

You can delete your account and data by emailing your request to support@goaldchallenges.com using your email registered in the app

Data Deletion and storage:

• Account will no longer be visible in the app and is deleted from our records email address and passwords
• Uploaded videos will be removed from the app
• Videos may be kept on the backend but will not be associated to your email address or username
• Ratings you have made will not be removed (to preserve the current leaderboards). They will not be associated to your username or email address.
• If you have been called out by other users, these callouts will still be visible to other users of the app when they view the videos of those other users.
• Your information will not be removed from historical backups
• Actions you have taken in the app may still exist in anonymised reports and statistics. They will not be associated with your username or email address.
