Delete Your Goald Account
You can permanently delete your Goald account and all associated data at any time.
1In the app:
Open Goald, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm.
2By email:
If you can't access the app, email support@goaldchallenges.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll process your request within 30 days.
What's deleted:
Your profile, your uploaded videos, and your personal data. Some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention, and then deleted.
