Terms of Use
Introduction
Goald is an online platform to showcase the talents, skills and abilities of its users whilst sharing those experiences with like minded individuals. It is a place to celebrate the unique things that each of us can do and challenge others to match or beat the challenge created. You never know you might even improve your abilities and find new skills.
We want everyone to have fun, stay safe and be legal, so there are some rules we expect you to follow.
What we expect from you
You are:
- Over 13 years of age
- You are here for fun and are encouraging of others in your interactions with them
- Not previously suspended from the service
- You do not have previous convictions for sex offences or online offenses eg. bullying
- You are your true self and do not impersonate others (multiple accounts are permitted eg. a personal and a team account)
Content Guidelines
We enable you to upload videos to share with the community for the purpose of challenging them and receiving attempts at that challenge. You can, of course, try the challenge again yourself to stay at the top of the leaderboard.
Content is reviewed by automated, human moderators and the community to comply with this terms of service. We reserve the right to use our sole discretion to remove content. Repeated violations or reports may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
We will not accept content containing:
- Illegal acts
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content
- Bullying or harassment
- Dangerous or life threatning content
- Copyrighted material for which you are not the copyright holder
- Content which interferes with the privacy of others
- Advertisements for services, investments
You retain the copyright to all content you create and permit Goald a license to publish the content in the app and use it elsewhere eg. marketing.
You may appeal content removal by emailing us at support@goaldsports.com.
Feedback
We encourage you to send us feedback about the service and your experiences of it to support@goaldsports.com.
Any ideas, feedback or suggestions you send may be included in future releases without expectation of compensation or obligation to you. You may boast to your friends though.
Operations
You may not reverse engineer the service or create a derivative service.
You may not interfere with the correct operation of the site. incl. False reporting of content or users.
You may not download content in external or automated systems.
